Business Rates – A deadline looming…..

You may or may not be aware, but  the rules regarding business rates are changing:

Appeals against Business Rates lodged by 31^st March 2015 will be backdated, in many cases for as long as 5 years.

Any appeals lodged after 31^st March 2015 will not be able to be backdated!

We, therefore, recommend that If you haven’t lodged an appeal yet then urgently consider doing so.

Important note: Take professional advice before lodging an appeal, Business Rates can also increase following an appeal so it is important to have your situation assessed before acting.
